It used to be thought that only professional models with ideal parameters could go to work in Asia. We're breaking that stereotype. For the 2026 season, we're launching A multi-vector hiring program.

We're not just looking for faces for covers. We're looking for individuals. We are looking for teachers, artists, managers and creative people who are ready to build their future in the strongest economy in the world.

Below is a detailed breakdown of all available career tracks. Choose your track.

TRACK 1: PROFESSIONAL MODELING (MODELING TRACK)

It's a classic path that brings quick revenue and media recognition. In 2026, we are expanding the list of categories.

1.1. E-COMMERCE & COMMERCIAL (KINGS OF SALES)

China is the factory of the world. Every day, millions of goods are shot here for the platforms Tmall, TikTok (Douyin), and Amazon.

• Locations: Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Shenzhen.

• Profile: Girls (165-175 cm) and guys (180-185 cm) with a cute, disposable appearance («Baby Face»).

• Task: Quick shooting of clothing catalogs. Payment depends on the number of filmed bows. This is the most financially capacious niche.

1.2. HIGH FASHION & RUNWAY (CATWALK AND GLOSSY)

• Locations: Shanghai, Hong Kong.

• Profile: Girls (177-181 cm) with hips up to 90 cm. Boys (188-190 cm).

• Specifics 2026: Smart Face« is the trend for intelligent, cool beauty, as well as androgynous types. Working at Fashion Weeks and shooting for luxury brands.

1.3. LINGERIE & BODY (LINGERIE STYLE)

• Profile: Girls 18+ with feminine figure (B+ breasts, thin waist).

• Specifics: Advertisements for corrective underwear, pajamas, thermal underwear and swimwear. The market demands perfect skin and no large tattoos.

1.4. PLUS-SIZE (PLUS-SIZE MODELS)

• Profile: Clothing size 48-54 (L-XXL). Height from 170 cm.

• Trend 2026: The Chinese market is actively developing the Curvy segment. We are looking for self-confident girls with a trim figure and a beautiful face.

1.5. KIDS & TEENS (CHILDREN)

• Profile: European and mixed-race children (ages 4-14).

• Prerequisite: Strictly with parents. This is a great opportunity for a family to move: the child works as a model, while the parents build careers in other fields.

TRACK 2: EDUCATION AND TRAINING (EDUCATION TRACK)

If you are not a model, but you have a college degree, good English or a creative skill - you are even more in demand. China's education market is huge.

2.1. ENGLISH TEACHER (ESL TEACHER)

The most stable vacancy in 2026.

Parents in China invest whatever money they can in their children's education. A foreign teacher is a prestige.

• Places of employment:

  • International Kindergartens (International Kindergartens): Work with kids (3-6 years old) in a playful way. Very positive atmosphere.

  • Training Centers (Training Centers): English courses after school and on weekends.

  • Private schools: For candidates with specialized pedagogical education.

• Requirements: Fluent spoken English (Fluent), Bachelor's degree (any specialty), TEFL/TESOL certificate (we help to get), no criminal record.

3.1. FOREIGN TRADE MANAGER (FOREIGN TRADE MANAGER)

Chinese factories and trading houses are actively working with Russia, the CIS and Europe. They need employees who will become a «bridge» between cultures.

• Responsibilities:

  • Negotiating with foreign clients (in Russian/English).

  • Participation in trade shows (e.g. Canton Fair in Guangzhou).

  • Transaction support, control of shipments.

• Requirements: Higher education, competent speech, communication skills. Knowledge of Chinese (basic) will be an advantage, but English is often sufficient.

3.2. REPRESENTATIVE / BUYER (SOURCING AGENT)

• Responsibilities: Sourcing goods for overseas customers, factory inspection, quality control (QC).

• Perspectives: Opportunity to grow to export manager or start your own consulting business.

TRACK 4: STAGE AND SHOW BUSINESS (PERFORMING ARTS TRACK)

China's entertainment industry is Disney scale theme parks, grand shows, clubs and festivals.

4.1. DANCERS AND SHOW BALLETS

• Vacancies: Work in amusement parks (Happy Valley, Chimelong), participation in evening shows, work in clubs (Go-Go, Pole Dance - professional level only).

• Terms and Conditions: Contracts for 6-12 months. Accommodation, visa, flight are provided.

4.2. MUSICIANS AND VOCALISTS

• Vacancies:

  • Lobby Lounge: Pianists, harpists, string quartets to work in the lobbies of 5-star hotels.

  • Music Bands: Jazz bands, cover bands to work in bars and festivals.

• Requirements: Professional instrument/voice skills, promo video availability, stage costumes.

4.3. ACTORS AND PERFORMERS

• Vacancies: Actors for theme parks (role of Prince/Princess), clowns, circus performers, movie extras (foreign faces are very much in demand in Chinese cinema).

CHAPTER 5: VISA POLICY 2026 (LEGALIZATION)

Legalization is the foundation of your security. The type of visa depends on the chosen Trek. We provide full legal support.

1. Work visa (Z-Visa / Category A & B) - For teachers and managers:

It's the «gold standard.».

• What gives: Official employment, social package, health insurance, the right to move the family.

• Requirements: Bachelor's degree (legalized) + Criminal record + Work experience of 2 years (for teachers).

2. Talent visa / Artist visa (Z-Visa / Art) - For models and artists:

Issued under the authorization of the Ministry of Culture of the People's Republic of China.

• What gives: The right to legal concert and modeling activities.

• Requirements: Portfolio, video materials, agency contract.

3. Hong Kong Employment Visa:

Separate jurisdiction. Allows you to work in Hong Kong. Issued on the basis of employer sponsorship.

Warning: Controls on illegal work are strengthened in 2026. We do not work with tourist or business visas for permanent employment. Only legal ways.

CHAPTER 6: LIFE IN ASIA (LIFESTYLE 2026)

Where will you live?

• Models and Artists: They live in an apartment provided by the agency (usually 2 people per room). This is free of charge (or deducted from the contract).

• Teachers and Managers: Your employer usually provides a separate studio apartment or a budget for rent (Housing Allowance). You live on your own.

Salaries and Expenses:

• Standard of living: The salary of a teacher or manager in China ($2500-$4000) allows you to live much more comfortably than in Europe. Food, cabs and services are cheaper, and taxes for foreigners are optimized.

• Accumulations: Most of our candidates accumulate enough money to buy real estate in their home country or start their own business during a year of work in China.

Adaptation:

• The Russian-speaking community in China is huge. You will find «your own» in any major city.

• Translator apps have erased the language barrier.

• Having everything (from coffee to furniture) delivered in 30 minutes makes everyday life incredibly convenient.

CHAPTER 7: HOW TO APPLY? (APPLICATION PROCESS)

We accept applications all year round. The 2026 season is now open.

STEP 1: IDENTIFY YOUR TRACK

Think about what is closer to you: the stage, the office, the school classroom or the photography studio? You can choose several options (e.g. Modeling + Teaching English).

STEP 2: PREPARE THE MATERIALS

• For Models: Snaps (photos without makeup, in swimsuit), video walkthrough, portfolio.

• For Teachers/Managers: CV (CV) in English with a photo, a scan of the diploma, a short video presentation (Self-intro video) in English (1-2 minutes).

• For Artists: Promo videos of performances (Showreel), costume photos.

STEP 3: SEND AN E-MAIL

• Post subject line: Specify the desired position and Year.

  • Example: «MODELING 2026» / «TEACHER 2026» / «TRADE MANAGER 2026».

• In the body of the email:

  • Name, Date of birth, Nationality.

  • Height/Parameters (for models/artists).
